Welcome to our Telehealth Services

Telehealth – Let’s Stay Connected

Telehealth provides a safe and convenient way for you and your provider to stay connected without face-to-face, in-office contact.
Using telephone and/or video chat technologies, you and your provider can easily discuss health concerns, diagnosis, and treatment options as you would during a normal in-office visit.

What Services Can I Receive Using Telehealth?

Valley Health has been granted temporary permission to offer telehealth appointments for behavioral health, dental, MAT, family medicine, OB/GYN, internal medicine, pediatrics and QUICKCARE services. We are also using telehealth as a way to screen individuals who may show symptoms of the novel COVID-19 Coronavirus.

How Do I Schedule a Telehealth Appointment?

For Routine Healthcare: New and existing patients are welcome to schedule appointments by calling the health center of their choice or by requesting an appointment online. For a list of all Valley Health locations, click here.

For COVID-19 Assessment: If you are scheduling a telehealth appointment out of concern that you may require further testing for COVID-19, please call 304-399-3358 to schedule or click here to request an appointment online. If you meet CDC guidelines for additional screening, your provider will direct you to a drive-thru screening location in Huntington or Milton.

Choose between Doximity or Google Duo App for your appointment:

Using Doximity to see your provider:
Doximity does not require that you install an application. Instead, you will receive a text from your provider when it’s time for your appointment. The text will have links to follow and allows you to use the camera on your phone for your visit.

Using Google Duo to see your provider:
If you wish to use Google Duo, you will need to have a Gmail account.
You can either install an app on your mobile device or sign-in online on your personal computer.
