At Valley Health our Board of Directors plays a critical role in leadership and organizational oversight. Comprised of Valley Health patients and leaders in the community, our Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that our communities continue receiving access to the healthcare they need and deserve. The Board of Directors is responsible for approving the Policies for Valley Health, annually evaluating corporate activity which includes annual audits, addressing challenges and opportunities, and works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to continue fulfilling the company’s mission
